My name is Ken. I've owned the property for over 10 years. It has a unique floorplan designed by the original owners- a couple with an older daughter. The house has two large master bedrooms, each with a large private bath. I've had a total of three sets of tenants over the years, all long term. These consisted of sisters who were roommates, and two couples. The current tenants are a couple who have been in the propert over 4 years, and would like to sign a new lease if the prospective buyer is willing. It never took more than 2 weeks to find a good tenant, and this couple have been great tenants. I'm on in years now, and would like to wind down my investments. The house has a new roof and Hardie Board siding. It's a great location with great attractions, and would be a great property to lease, live-in, or manage as a short-term rental with all the area attractions.
